When the work from home rigour hit me full force previously, rice cooker recipes really saved the day. I could prepare the ingredients way beforehand, pop it into the rice cooker to cook before I started work, and enjoy a flavourful lunch whenever my work permitted. (Yummmmm). To top it off, fry a sunny side up and you could also add some meat during the cooking if you would prefer!
A few of my friends commented on the giant chopper I used in the past few videos so I tried using a smaller fruit knife this time! It’s so awkward though…. maybe I should whip out the giant chopper again :b

Pumpkin Sweet Potato Rice
Pumpkin (2:1 ratio for pumpkin:sweet potato)
Sweet Potato
White Rice
Cooking Oil
Sliced Onions
Minced Garlic
Minced Dried Shrimps
Minced Rehydrated Shiitake (keep water for rehydration aside)
Water for Cooking Rice
Sesame Oil
Soy Sauce
Ground White Pepper
