After making the pizza sauce, it’s time to do your homemade pizza – this is our recipe for DIY Hungarian Sausage Square Pizza.

I used the Hungarian Sausage from our product sponsor, Super Sausages. I got the pizza dough recipe from my chef friend, Jinggay. Made the pizza sauce first (watch this link – https://youtu.be/rKXkYMKj6h0), prepared the dough, and put the toppings with lots of cheese. Baked it, and you have a great snack to enjoy with family and friends!

Try this recipe and you will definitely love it!

Ingredients:
For the pizza dough – 2 1/3 cup all-purpose flour, 2 1/4 tsp yeast, 1 1/2 Tbsp white sugar, 3/4 cup warm water, 2 Tbsp olive oil.

Toppings: pizza sauce ( refer to this link –https://youtu.be/rKXkYMKj6h0), lots of mozzarellas and cheddar cheese, and 2 pcs Hungarian sausage (boiled and cut in round slices).

Procedure:
1. Boil the sausages. When the water has evaporated, remove from pan and cut into round slices. Set aside.
2. Combine all ingredients for the pizza dough in a bowl. Mix well.
3. Knead until smooth. Transfer to a bowl with oil. Proof for an hour.
4. After an hour, transfer to a baking tray with oil. Press across the pan.
5. Put the pizza sauce first, followed by the cheese, and lastly, the sausages.
6. Preheat the oven. Bake at 220C for 20-25 minutes.
7. Remove from the oven. Slice in squares. Enjoy!
