Thanks for joining me for this very short but delicious recipe. I’ve listed the ingredients below, so if you do give it a go please let me know how you get on.
INGREDIENTS – For 2
2 x chicken breasts
300ml Tomato juice
1 tsp dried parsley or a larger amount of fresh
2 tsp paprika
2 tbs dijon mustard
1 tbs of soy sauce
1 chilli finely chopped
1″ piece of ginger pulped or chopped
Salt and pepper
