Deviled Eggs! Hot π₯ Sriracha Egg and the Guacamole Egg!
Sriracha deviled eggs
6 hard boiled eggs cut lengthwise
1.5 T. Sriracha sauce
1 T. Dijon mustard
1 T. Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. Garlic powder
1/4 Smoked Paprika
1/8 tsp. Salt
Fresh ground black pepper
Chives for garnish
Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and put into bowl. Add the rest of ingredients. Mash with fork until smooth. Fill the eggs with the mixture. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with with fresh chives and more paprika.

Guacamole deviled eggs!
6 hard boiled eggs peeled
1 avocado
1/2 T. Chopped fresh jalapeΓ±o
Zest of 1 lime
Juice of half of a lime
1/2 T. Chopped chives
1 T. Chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 tsp. Chili powder
1 T. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. Garlic powder
1/8 tsp. Kosher salt
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
Smoked paprika to dust the tops of finished eggs
Cut boiled eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks. Put them in separate bowl. Add all other ingredients. Mash until smooth. Refill eggs w/ mixture. Dust tops with smoked Paprika. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
