Delicious Tuna Pasta Recipe – Tony's Comfort Kitchen

Hello and welcome to Tony’s Comfort Kitchen. This delicious tuna pasta recipe will be a family favourite. It certainly was in our house as I grew up. Give it a go and let me know what you think.

Ingredients
300ml pureed tomatoes
1 medium onion finely chopped
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
2 cloves garlic chopped
1/2 tbsp concentrated tomato puree
1/2 tsp sugar
1 heaped tsp oregano
1 tbsp olive oil
1 chicken stock cube
2 anchovy filets
400g tinned tuna
200g lumaconi pasta (or similar)
300 ml water
pinch of chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
