I will be sharing how to make the delicious Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken that is vegan and vegetarian friendly!
After my partner introduced to street food in Malaysia that uses the famous Taiwanese “spiced salt” (a combination of Chinese spices with chilli powder and salt) with a lot of fried food, I became ADDICTED.
With the risk of coronavirus and lockdown in Malaysia, I wonder if anyone else in the world is craving for that delicious, spicy, crunchy, yet chewy snack like me.
I decided to do my research and make some of my own that is just as delicious!
