Delicious Mediterranean Chicken Patties: Easy, Flavorful Meal Prep!
Here’s one of my go-to recipes I share with friends looking for an easy, healthy meal prep. When I started my weight loss journey, it took me a while to get comfortable cooking raw chicken without overcooking it. That’s why I love these Mediterranean patties. They are flavorful, straightforward to cook on your stovetop, and great for meal preps. Add your veggies to a pound of ground chicken or turkey with one egg, about a half cup of feta, a quarter cup of breadcrumbs, and season to your preference. Form and cook your patties on each side for five to seven minutes over medium-high heat. You can serve these in various ways. I like to have mine in a bowl with cucumber salad.
