Burger Patty: 3# Ground Beeef
Season with: Salt 2TBS Pepper 2TBS Garlic Powder 1TBS
Hamburger buns: Brioche bread
Candy Bacon (Candied): Smoked Bacon Strips
season with double layers with: Salt, Pepper, paprika, Cayenne ,Pepper
Brown Sugar, Garlic powder
Sauce: Mayo 2 cups ketchup 1 cup
season with Salt/pepper and a pinch of garlic powder
Form Hamburger patties to 7oz : yields 6.5 portions 6 portions at 8oz
Top with: iceberg lettuce,tomatoes,pickle chips and onion strings
Seasoned flour: AP flour 2 cups
season with: Salt,pepper,paprika,cayenne, onion powder
Dust Onion Strings with salt to taste once ready to serve.
BBQ Sauce: 50/50 of your choice of mild/spicy BBQ sauces.
recommendation: Sweet Baby Rays and Texas Select.
