Delicious and Easy – VEGAN – Mac & Cheese with Mushroom Bacon

This is one of my favorite dishes. The Mac & Cheese tastes sooooo good, but the mushroom bacon is just amazing 🤤🤤🤤.

Please let me know how it turned out for you, and if you have any suggestions for future videos 😁.

Ingredients:

Butternut Mac
5 cups (20 oz.) butternut squash
2 tbsp olive oil
2 1/2 tsp sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 lb elbow macaroni
2 cup water
1/2 cup raw cashews
1 garlic glove
1/2 tsp dried rosemary

Smoky Shiitaki Bacon
1 cup (4 oz) shiitake mushrooms
2 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 garlic powder
