Hey Guys,

So often we forget to time out for planning better options to eat. I decided to put together a few meal ideas that i enjoy cooking and eating. Cooking is one of my favorite past times , so I hope you all find these recipes helpful , easy, and cost efficient.

Vegetable Stir-Fry
one package of washed mushrooms
1/3 cup green onions chopped
1/3 cup of yellow onions chopped
2 whole garlic cloves diced
1lb of brussel spouts
2 tbsp of Organic Olive Oil
Directions: add oil , green onions , yellow onions, garlic cast iron skillet for 3-5 minutes on low to medium heat. add brussel spouts steamer for 10-12 minutes (same temperature). add mushrooms and all desired seasonings for favor then serve.

Sauteed Shrimp
12 oz to 1lb of Jumbo Shrimp (raw & frozen)
1sp of turmeric
1sp of curry powder
1sp sea salt
1sp paprika
1sp Good & Gather Salt free seasoning
2 tbsp of Organic Olive Oil
1sp ground ginger
2tsp of Vegan Butter
cilantro
yellow onion
green onion

Directions: Use any skillet , add oil and shrimp, dash of diced onion, dash of cilantro , , add all seasonings and cook with vegan butter for 5-8 minutes on medium fire.

You can pair these two items with potatoes or some type rice of your choice.

White Wine is a great Dinner wine for this dish.
