chickpeas – 1 cups (soaked overnight, boil with salt in Pressure cooker till soft)
garlic – 10 cloves
homemade tahini sauce – 2 tbsp (optional) or 2 tbsp curd
olive oil – 2 tbsp
lemon – 1 lemon juice
paprika – 1 tbsp
salt to taste
jeera powder – 1 tbsp
water or chickpeas stock as required
onions – 1/2 cup finely chopped
cucumber – 1/2 cup chopped
red bell pepper – 1/2 cup chopped
tomatoes – 1/2 cup chopped
paprika – 1 tbsp
olive oil – 1 tbsp
origano – 1 tsp
salt to taste
olives – few
coriander leaves – 1/2 cup
roasted chapatis – 2
curd – 1/2 cup
