make the best chrunchy fried chicken at home and serve it with an asian curry to have the original asian food experience
0:00 Greetings and Introduction
0:45 slice the chicken in thin layers
1:22 cut your vegetables nice
2:40 fry the veggies with litte oil after each other[the ones who take longer time will come frist] add little oil
prepare the currysauce with coconut cream and asia curry seasoning enter the coco curry mix in the veggies
spice with asian curry paprika powder and salt
let the curry cook for a small while
prepare the crunchy chicken coating
mix 3 eggs with black pepper and salt
spice the chicken with black pepper and little salt
enter the chicken in the egg mix after in the flour
again in the egg mix and now in panko[asia bread crumbs]
direct in the hot oil
fry the chicken unti golden brown
turn the chicken and take out when completely golden brown
take from the oil and cut the chicken direct
serve with rice and vegetable curry
TESTING THE CURRY
INGRIDIENTS [3-4 people]
700 gr chicken breast
1 zuccini
1broccoli
2 carrots
1 red paprika
150 gr champignon
2 pcs garlic
250 ml coconut cream
1 bag asian curry seasoning without glutamat [asia shop]
3 eggs
some wheatflower
1 bag of PANKO [asia breadcrumbs]
some salt
black pepper
paprika powder
