Notes: If you want to thicken the sauce, mix equal parts cornstarch and water. Remove your ribs and transfer the sauce to a saucepan. Bring to a boil and whisk in cornstarch mixture.
Ingredients:
BBQ Sauce:
2 cup Ketchup
8 oz Cola
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Worcestershire
2 Tbsp Liquid Smoke
4 tsp Mustard, Dry
2 tsp Pink Salt
2 tsp Black Pepper
Ribs:
Country Ribs (bone in or boneless)
1 Bell Pepper, sliced
1 Onion, sliced
BBQ sauce
Coleslaw:
1 package Coleslaw Mix
1 cup Mayo Made With Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 1/2 Tbsp Honey
1 1/2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 tsp Celery Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Hungarian Paprika
