Ingredients for 4 stuffed bell peppers 🌶:

1kg half and half minced meat *
4 red bell peppers
1 egg
5 tablespoons of white rice **
1 onion
3 tablespoons of flour
Sunflower oil
Half pack of sifted tomato sauce
3 teaspoons of Vegeta
2 tablespoons of salt
2 tablespoons of pepper
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

*This because pork meat is a little more fatty and keeps everything together
