Crispy Smashed Potatoes|My-Own-Way
I choose the mix little gems (Assorted potatoes) coz they are quickest to boil rather than the large one. Boil them until tender, smash and pan-fry them loaded with butter and spice them up with Rosemary, Paprika, Salt and Pepper. (Herbs of your own choice)
Crispy smashed potatoes are best when they’re hot and fresh, right off the pan.
Making Jell-O is just fun part of keeping my boys active and involve in what we do than letting them sit and watch tv only.
