*1/2 KG Boiled & Meshed Potatoes.[١/٢ کلو آلو بوئل کر کے میش کر لیں]
*Salt 1 TSP or Per Taste. [نمک ١ ٹیسپون یا حسب ذائقہ]
*1 TSP Black Pepper Crushed.[١ ٹیسپون کالی مرچ پسسی ہوئی]
*Fresh Corriander leaves 1/4 cup.[ہرا دھنیا ١/٤ کپ]
*1 TSP Chicken Powder.[١ ٹیسپون چکن پاؤڈر]
*I TSP Chili Flakes.[١ ٹیسپون کٹی ہوئی لال مرچ]
*I TSP Spicy Chili Powder.[١ ٹیسپون سپائسی چلی فلوور پاؤڈر ]
*Mix Well.[اچھی طرح ملائیں]
*100 gram Cheddar Cheese.[١٠٠ گرام چیڈر پنیر]
*Make balls of equal size by hands.[ہاتھوں کی مدد سے برابر سائز کے بالز بنائیں]
*Make hole in middle & insert cheddar cheese cube.[درمیان میں سوراخ کرکے چیڈر چیز کیوب ڈالیں]
*Coat balls with beaten eggs and bread crumbs.[کوٹ کریں بریڈ کرمپ اور پھٹے ہوۓ انڈے سے اچھی طرح]
*Put potato cheese balls in oil for deep frying on medium flame.[آئل میں ڈالیں ڈیپ فرائی کریں درمیانی آنچ پر جبتک گولڈن براؤن ہو جا ۓ ]
