INGREDIENTS
Bread
Butter
2 tomatoes
1 red onion
3 lettuce leafs
pickles
2 chicken breasts
Marinate & WET mixture:
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp ground mustard
1/4 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
DRY Seasoning mixture:
1/8 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp onion
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tbsp baking soda
3 tbsp cornstarch
1.5 cups flour
INSTRUCTIONS
1)Slice chicken breast if too thick
2)In a bowl, combine milk and seasoning
3)coat chicken in milk mixture
4) cover with plastic wrap and marinate in fridge for minimum 1 hour
5) after marinating, add egg to mixture and mix
6) in another bowl, combine flour and seasoning, then mix
7)dip chicken in dry ingredients mixture, then back in milk mixture (repeat 2-3 times for best results)
8) deep fry chicken on high heat (in 340F oil)
9) take out chicken when golden brown and internal temp is 165F
10) slice veggies of choice
11) make mayo and mustard mixture
12) toast bread with butter
13)assemble sandwich in your preferred way 👌
