This recipe for Crispy Fried Chicken Wings is easy to prepare. The chicken is first boil for 25-30 minutes and later it’s breaded with flour, seasoning and deep fried until beautiful and golden. This fried chicken is absolutely juicy and delicious. You could use part of the chicken for this recipe too.

Ingredients:
1 kilo chicken wings
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 pieces large eggs
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. sweet paprika
1 1/2 tsp. ginger powder
1 tsp. chicken powder
cooking oil
1 1/4 cup flour
1 tbsp. cornflour
How to cook:
1. wash and clean the chicken very well. Boil the chicken for 25-30 minutes, add 1/2 tsp. salt and black pepper.
2. after 25-30 minutes remove the chicken from thr water.
Crack the eggd in thr bowl, best the eggs. in a bowl, pit 1 1/4 cup flour, add 1 tsp. cornflour, 1 tsp. chicken powder, sweet paprika, ginger powder, black, and garlic powder..mix it well.
3. well dredge the chicken in the flour, then in the beaten egg, then in the flour again before frying, chicken is ready to fry.
4. Preheat the pot and add cooking oil, the more cooking oil, the better. fry the chicken in the hot cooking oil, i deal cooking oil times is a total of 10 minutes, 5 minutes on one side the flip and cook the other side for 5 minutes. the good thing here is the outer part of the chicken is crispy but the inner part is juicy.
5. when the chicken is ready place in the chopping board or in the plate with kitchen paper to absorb the oil, so the chicken would’nt be to oily repeat the steps with rest of the chicken. Let it cool down for 5 minutes then transfer to serving plate and serve.
