1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 Tbs. garlic paste
1 Tbs. fine salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbs. paprika powder
1 Tbs. garlic powder
1 tsp. cinnamon powder
1 tsp. oregano
3 cups cooking oil
1 bowl of water
