Ingredients:
1¾ lb chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cut into strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc egg
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
Vegetable oil for frying, roughly 5 to 8 cups
Paprika Honey Mustard Dip (YIELD: ¾ cup)
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup prepared yellow mustard
¼ cup honey
1 tbsp grain mustard
1 tbsp distilled white vinegar
¼ tsp paprika
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
