Homemade Fried Chicken Jollibee Style
INGREDIENTS (main)
• 1.3 kg Fresh Chicken

FOR BRINING
• 2 cups Fresh Milk
• 2 tbsp Salt
• 2 tbsp Ground Pepper
• 2 tbsp Brown Sugar

FOR BREADING
• 1 cup All Purpose Flour
• 1/2 cup Cornstarch (1 cup for crispier)
• 1 tspn Salt
• 2 tspn Ground Pepper
• 2 tspn Garlic Powder
• 1 tspn 7 Spices
• 1 tspn Onion Powder
• 2 tspn Sweet Paprika
• 1 tspn Magic Sarap
• Plus 2 pcs Whole Eggs

FOR FRYING
• 2 ltrs Cooking Oil

FOR GRAVY
• 1/2 cup Salted BUtter
• 3 tbsp All Purpose Flour
• 1 can Liver Spread
• 1/4 cup Fresh Milk
• 1 cup Chicken Broth
• 1 tspn Salt
• 1 tspn Ground Pepper
