Crispy Fried chicken | Jamaican Food | Fry Chicken Recipes |

Everyone loves fried chicken; no matter the occasion fried chicken adds meaning to the day. Here is one version of how I make fried chicken.

Other ingredients includes:

* vinegar for washing.
* Sazon
* Paprika
* Adobo goya
* pimento
* vegetable oil
* Salt
* Ground black pepper
* Escallion
* White onion
* Thyme
* Scotch bonnet pepper
Fry chicken on both sides for at least 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Pair it with rice, salad, mash potatoes or whatever you like best.
