ROASTED RED PEPPER
PASTA
Ingredients :
Pasta – 1 ½ cup
Water – 3 cups
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp

Red Capsicum – 3 cut in squares
Garlic – 3 tbsp chopped
Onion – 1 chopped
Tomato puree – ½ cup
Milk or almond milk (for vegan) – 1 cup
Fresh cream or soaked cahewnuts(For vegan) – 1/4th cup
Parmesan cheese or vegan cheese – 1/4th cup
Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp

Redchilli flakes – 1 tbsp
Italian herbs – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper – 1/4th tsp
Redchilli powder – 1 tsp
Fresh or dry basil leaves – 1 tbsp

Garlic butter –
Butter – 1/4th cup
Red chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Italian herbs – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Bread
