8 ounce shitaki mushroom, sliced
3 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp red flakes pepper, OPTIONAL
3 medium size shallot, sliced
1/2 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper , to taste
1/2 cup pasta water , reserved
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Garnished Parsley
