2 Green Peppers
1 Cup Milk
1 Tbsp Flour
3 Tbsp Heavy Cream
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Paprika
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Grated Cheddar or Mozzarella Cheese
Chop the peppers into small cubes. Add the olive oil, peppers, salt and pepper into a pan and fry for 3-4 minutes on medium heat. Add the flour and mix it. Add the cream and mix for another 1-2 minutes. Add the milk and continue mixing at the same time. When it starts to thicken after 2-3 minutes, add the grated cheddar cheese and take it off the stove. Serve with a sprinkle of paprika on top.
