I tried making this curry without coconut milk or cream. I used half and half cream instead and added cream cheese, results is amazing. I made it very simple, not spicy, unlike the traditional curry which requires a LOT of ingredients. You can add other spices, if you want it spicy. This can be ready in 20 mins or less. It is best served with steamed white rice. I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 pcs. Chicken breasts, cubed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 onion, chopped
spring onion for garnish (optional)
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 cup light cream or half and half
1 Tbsp. cream cheese
salt and pepper
