INGREDIENTS
1 lb ( 454g ) boneless skinless chicken
1/3 cup ( 77 ml ) Buffalo wing sauce
1 Tbsp Ranch seasoning mix
8 oz (227 g) elbow macaroni
1 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon powder for pasta water
1 Tbsp (14 g) butter (for baking dish)
8 x 8 square baking dish
**CHEESE SAUCE**
1 Tbsp butter (14 g)
1/4 tsp onion salt blend
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
4 oz (113.5 g) cream cheese (softened)
3/4 cup (177 ml) evaporated milk
6 to 7 oz (195 g) cheddar cheese of your choice
2 Tbsp (30 ml) Buffalo wing sauce
**SAUCE FOR TOPPING**
1 Tbsp (14 g) butter (melted)
1 1/2 Tbsp (22.5 ml) Buffalo wing sauce
1/2 tsp Ranch seasoning
BAKE @ 375 ºF / 190 ºC 25 to 30 minutes
