Recipe :
Ingredients :
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
fresh thyme
paprika, salt and pepper
cashew cream (1 cup cashews + 1 cup plant based milk blended)
Method :
fry onion and garlic in olive oil
Add white, brown & yellow oyster mushrooms
Add salt and pepper, paprika and fresh thyme
Add cashew cream
cooks fresh pasta in salted water and add to sauce t/w a ladle of the pasta water.
top with fresh thyme
