Marinated Maui Ribs (6th On The Block Special Recipe)
– Beef Short Ribs Cut 3/8″ Thick
-50 Grams Coarse Salt
-30 Grams Black Pepper
-3/4 Cup Oil
-100 Grams Onion Powder
-80 Grams Garlic Powder
-1 Cup Dark Beer
-1 Cup Chicken Stock
-2 Cups BBQ Sauce
Mix Spices, Oil and Sauce Together, Coat and Cover Ribs Then Marinate In Refrigerated, Sealed Container For 12-24 Hours, Smoke at 225 Degrees for Approximately 2 Hours Or Until Safe Internal Temp Is Reached and Finish On The BBQ.
Super Spicy Sports Wings (.COM!)
-6 LBS Chicken Wings
-1 Cup Lime Juice
-2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
-2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
-2 Tablespoons Smoked Paprika
-1 Teaspoon Cumin
-1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
-1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
-2 Teaspoons Kosher Salt
-3 Teaspoons Fresh Ground Pepper
-1 Teaspoon Cayenne
Marinate Wings In Lime Juice For 2 Hours Refrigerated, Once Ready, Mix Spices and Oil Together, Gently Toss Or Massage The Wings With The Rub And Let The Spices Soak In For About An Hour. Smoke Wings At 225 Degrees Until Safe Internal Temp Is Reached. Serve Directly From Smoker Or, As Referenced In The Video, Treat Them To A Short Visit With The Fryer For Extra Crispiness.
Guinness Beer Cheese Dip (Not Sponsored, Just Tastes Great!)
-32 Ounces Of Processed Cheese (Velveeta) Cut Into 1/2 Inch Cubes Or Shredded Old Cheese Of Preference. (Something Sharp)
-1 Cup Irish Stout Beer (Such As Guinness)
-1/2 Cup Salsa
-2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
– 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
-1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
-1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne
Follow Video Instructions*
Heat Beer And Spices To A Simmer And Add Cheese Whisking Until Smooth and Consistent. Whisk In Salsa And Place Into Cast Iron Skillet. Place In Smoker at 225 Degrees For 45 Minutes. Do Not Overcook. Remove From Smoker and Allow To Cool For 5-10 Minutes. Serve To The Gang With Food Shovels Of Your Choice! ENJOY!
