Crack Chicken requires Ranch Seasoning and its not available in Australia, one of its ingredients is Buttermilk Powder and guess what? Cant buy that here either. Ive come up with a pretty close substitute for this iconic Crack Chicken Recipe and we made it in the Ninja Foodi. Crazy name for a delicious meal. Its a one pot wonder, reheats beautifully and is amazing filling for you pie maker pies too. We do hope you give it a try.
INGREDIENTS:
200g bacon
250g cream cheese
250g chicken stock
150g tasty cheese
2 spring onions
700g chicken fillets
150g sour cream
1 Packet of Ranch Seasoning
If you cant buy Ranch Seasoning, where you live, substitute
1 teaspoon each of celery salt, garlic powder, onion powder, fried chives, paprika, pepper and salad herbs or Dried dill.
Now you are good to go.
Serve with Salad, Spaghetti, rice or noodles.
