This is a recipe I created about a year ago while trying to come up with healthy recipes. I call it ‘Mexican Chilli’ made with 93% ground turkey, vegetables, and spices. It is a healthy and delicious recipe I encourage anyone to try wether on a diet or not. Thank you for watching and if you give it a go let me know.

Ingredients.
2 pounds of lean Turkey
2-3 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup onion
salt & pepper to taste
1 tomato & small piece of onion for blending
2 large carrots
4 sticks of celery
4 small red potatoes
5-6 white mushrooms
paprika
garlic powder
salt & black pepper (more to taste)
cover with boiling water and cover until vegetables are tender
