Ingredients for Collards:

1 Bunch of Collard Greens
1 Smoked Turkey Wing or two Ham Hocks
Seasonings to taste:
-Salt
-Black Pepper
-Granulated Garlic
-Onion Powder
-Smoked Hungarian Paprika
1-2 Tablespoons of sugar
2 Tablespoons of Vinegar (Apple Cider)

Sea Island Field Peas:
1 Cup of Peas
2 Ham Hocks or one Smoked Turkey Wing
1 Stalk of Celery
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 Chopped Yellow or Sweet Onion
1/2 Green Bell Pepper
2 Cloves of Garlic
2-3 Cups of Chicken Stock
2 Springs of Thyme
1 Bay Leaf
Salt & Pepper to taste

Rice:
2 Cups of Rice
2 Tablespoons of Unsalted Butter
2 cloves of Garlic
3 1/2 cups of water
