Recipe:
400g minced mutton washed
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic granules
1/2 tsp crushed red chilli flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Onion finely sliced
Vegetable oil to fry
Cheese – any type
Brioche buns (can use any type you like)
2 Potatoes
any seasoning of your choice for the wedges. I used Schwartz garlic and herb seasoning from B&M
Mix the first 6 ingredients in a bowl.
Prepare potatoes, season and place in oven preheated to 200 degrees
after 10 minutes, start frying onion on a low heat.
Take a handful of meat and make it into a ball, place on a hot oiled non stick pan and squash it down using a big spatula or the bottom of a plate.
cook until browned on one side, flip over, cook for a minute and then put the cheese on top – cover with a pan lid until the cheese has fully melted.
Toast the bun for a minute, you can wipe the bun on the pan for extra flavour but don’t need to.
Place patties in the bun and top with onions and anything else and any sauces you like
DONE.
