Una receta súper fácil de hacer, que pueden comer solo o como complemento, ya sea sobre nacho, papas fritas etc
Y como ven en el video todos es orgánico y con carne baja en grasa.

Receta:
2 lbs de carne molida
1 cebolla grande
1 pimiento verde
2 chipotle pepper
3 dientes de ajo
2 tbsp de aceite de oliva
3 tbsp de pasta de tomate
1 lata de dice tomato
1 lata de granos, la de su preferencia
1/4 de taza de maicena o cornstarch
1 cubito o sobre de cubito de res diluido en 5 tasas de agua
Especies:
1/4 tbs de cayenne pepper
1 tbs de comino
2 tbsp de chili powder
1 tbs de paprika
Sal al gusto
