Collard Greens Recipe with Secret Ingredient
Ingredients
4-6 cups collard greens
1 teaspoon vegan butter
dash of the following:
sea salt
ground black pepper
smoked paprika
cayenne pepper
nutmeg
Directions:
steam greens in 2/3 cup water for 20 mins on low / med heat
add vegan butter
sauté
add seasonings mix plate and enjoy
In the video I used the collard greens as base for a buddha bowl but you can use it as a tasty side dish, as it is!!!
