Classic Hummus Recipe: Serve with pita or crudités
2 cups of chick peas (garbanzo beans)– rinsed & drained
1/4 cup of sesame tahini
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp onion powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cumin
Place ingredients in blender and drizzle in olive oil until smooth, roughly 1/4-1/2 cup. Serve in bowl and sprinkle with smoked paprika for extra flavor and presentation.
