Hello Foodie Friends!
This is how I make chilli in a slow cooker as requested by my cousin Sumayyah.
The recipe was kindly given to me by my sister, Mubina who lives in Texas. She also likes delicious healthy food that doesn’t take all day to make!
Ingredients;
1 kg minced beef
2x 400g cartons of tomato passata
1 tsp ground smoked chipotle
1 tsp ground smoked paprika
1 tsp ground garlic powder
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp salt
1 bay leaf
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tbsn Olive oil
I’m sure it isn’t authentic but it tastes good and is so easy! Pop it all in the slow cooker and go about your business! A few hours later you will have a homemade, healthy dinner for your family!
