INGREDIENTS:
1 head Garlic (37 g)
10 pcs Red chili (sili kulikot)
1/2 cup Olive oil
1/2 Tbsp Salted black beans
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp White sugar
1/2 tsp MSG
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Vinegar
1 tsp Liquid seasoning
1/2 tsp Sesame oil
PROCEDURE:
1. Grind the garlic with half of the oil, set aside.
2. Grind the chili with the rest of the oil and set aside.
3. Rinse black beans and finely chop.
4. In a saucepan add the grounded garlic and cook on low heat for 20-30 minutes.
5. Add the grounded chili.
6. Add the seasonings except the vinegar, liquid seasoning, and sesame oil, then add black beans.
7. Add the vinegar and simmer for a minute
8. Turn off the heat and add the liquid seasoning and the sesame oil.
