2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 tablespoon black pepper
2 tomatoes
1 red bell pepper
1 small can tomato paste sauce
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
300ml hot water
parsley
