This chicken recipe is very practical and children will love it, try these juicy breaded chicken tedners accompanied with steamed vegetables. These chicken tenders are a meal high in protein, vitamins and minerals.
Ingredients
• 2 cups chicken breasts
• 1 cup ground bread
• 1 tablespoon oregano
• 1 tablespoon garlic powder
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• 2 eggs
• enough vegetal oil, to fry
Preparation
1. On a board, cut the chicken into strips. Set aside.
2. In a bowl mix the ground bread, oregano, garlic powder and paprika.
3. Salt pepper the egg and beat until integrated.
4. Dip the chicken in the egg and coat perfectly with the breadcrumbs until completely covered.
5. Fry the fingers in oil for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown and the chicken is cooked. Place on absorbent paper to remove excess fat.
6. Serve hot and accompany with steamed vegetables and ketchup.

Esta receta es muy práctica y a los niños les encanta, prueba estos jugosos dedos de pollo empanizados acompañados con verduras al vapor. Estas tiras de pollo son un platillo rico en proteína, vitaminas y minerales.
Ingredientes
• 2 tazas de pechuga de pollo
• 1 taza de pan molido
• 1 cucharada de orégano
• 1 cucharada de ajo en polvo
• 1 cucharada de paprika
• 2 huevos
• suficiente de aceite vegetal, para freír
Preparación
1. Sobre una tabla corta el pollo en tiras. Reserva.
2. En un bowl mezcla el pan molido, el orégano, el ajo en polvo y la paprika.
3. Sal pimenta el huevo y bate hasta integrar.
4. Sumerge el pollo en el huevo y empaniza por el pan molido perfectamente hasta cubrir por completo.
5. Fríe los dedos en aceite por alrededor de 5 minutos, o hasta que se vea doradito y esté cocido el pollo. Coloca en papel absorbente para retirar el exceso de grasa.
6. Sirve caliente y acompaña con verduras al vapor y salsa cátsup.
