For marinade:
– Milk 1 Cup
– Vinegar 1 Tbsp
– Salt to taste

– Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp
– Egg 1
Flour mixture:
– All-purpose flour (maida) 1 ½ cups
– Corn flour ½ cup
– Rice flour 2 Tbsp
– Salt 1 ½ Tsp or to taste
– Black pepper ½ Tsp
– Paprika ½ Tsp
– Baking powder 1 Tsp
Sauce:
– Mayonnaise 1 Tbsp
– Ketchup 1 Tbsp
– Chili sauce 1 Tbsp or to taste
