500g (1 lb) chicken tenders or boneless chicken strips

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika (optional for color & flavor)

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt (or to taste)

Cooking oil (for frying)

Optional: Grated parmesan, chili powder, or fresh herbs for extra flavor.
