For Pizza Dough:
Flour 2 cups or 250g
Yeast 1 tsp or 5g
Salt 1 tsp or 4g
Milk powder 1 tbsp or 10g
Icing sugar 2 tbsp or 25g
Bread improver 1/2 tsp or 2g
Cooking oil 1 tbsp or 10ml
Water 1/2 cup or 125ml or 4 oz
1: In a bowl add all the ingredients of Pizza Dough mix well, knead the dough until smooth and elastic and place the dough in 11 inch – 28 cm pizza pan and let the dough rise until double in size for at least 45-50 minutes.
For Chicken Preparation:
Chicken (boneless cube cut) 250g
Tandoori masala 2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
In a bowl add all these ingredients mix well and refrigerate for 20-25 minutes. Heat a pan add olive oil and marinated chicken cook well and turn off the flame.
For Topping:
Pizza sauce 2 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese 200g
Prepared chicken
Onion (julienne cut)
Bell pepper (julienne cut)
Jalapenos
Olives
Paprika
Rosemary leaves
Spread the dough in pizza pan, stab with a fork, add and spread pizza sauce, add mozzarella cheese, add prepared chicken, add onions, add bell pepper, jalapenos, olives, Mozzarella cheese, sprinkle paprika powder and rosemary leaves.
Bake for 30-35 minutes into a preheated 200°C oven.
