Ingredients
For marination
Chicken breast – 500gms
Buttermilk- 1 cup
soya sauce – 1/2 tbsp
Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp
Chilly powder/paprika powder – 1/2tbsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tspn
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
one beaten egg
Salt
For coating
Crushed Cornflakes – 1 cup
All purpose flour/Maida – 1 cup
salt
Pepper powder-1/2 tspn
Chilly powder/Paprika powder – 1/2tspn
Italian seasoning – 1/2 tspn
Egg – 2 nos
Method
Make the chicken pieces into thin by tapping it with a clean hard object. Cut it into thin strips.Add salt,chilly powder/paprika powder,pepper powder,buttermilk,Beaten egg,soya sauce,tomato sauce,ginger garlic paste,Mix it well. Marinate for 30 mins in fridge.
Add chilly powder/paprika powder,pepper powder,salt,italian seasoning, into all purpose flour and Mix it well.
Take a bowl of corn flakes crush it and keep it aside.
In a bowl beat 2 eggs and keep it aside.
Coat the marinated chicken by dipping in maida mix, then in the beaten egg, and finally coat in the crushed corn flakes.
In a pan pour sunflower oil and fry chicken strips in medium flame.
Serve hot with mayyonaise and tomato sauce
