Chicken Steak or Chicken Steak Grill Recipe with Béchamel Sauce & Sautéed Vegetable

Needless to say that any BBQ dinner is incomplete without this cuisine. What if we tell you how to make it tastier and more delicious in one recipe where you will learn how to enjoy sautéed vegetables and special white sauce
White sauce which is also known as Béchamel Sauce is authentic French recipe, and trust this video will show that how easy is to make this delicious sauce to enjoy not only chicken steak, but also you may enjoy this sauce with Beef steak as well.

Ingredients for Chicken Steak:
Chicken Breast 1 KG
Salt As per taste
Black Pepper Powder 1 Tbsp
White Pepper Powder 1 Tbsp
Paprika Powder 1 Tbsp
Vinegar ½ Cup
Oregano for seasoning
Ingredients for Vegetables
Potatoes 2 Medium
Butter: 100 G
Carom Seeds 1 Tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 Tsp
Worcestershire Sauce 3 Tbsp
Salt As Per Taste
Carrots 2
Green & Red Bell Pepper 1 Each
Ingredients for White Sauce
Butter 100g
All Purpose Flour 2 Tbsp
Milk 500 ML
Mixed Herbs 1 Tbsp
Salt As per taste
Black Pepper Powder 1 Tsp
Step by Step Direction for White Sauce:
-Take butter in a pan and heat it to melt.
-Now add All purpose flour and mix
-Keep stirring
-When it changes colour, Now add salt, black pepper powder, and keep stirring.
-Start adding milk in small portion and keep stirring
-Add mixed herbs and keep stirring
-When it starts bubbling and starts thickening turn off the flame.
-White sauce is ready.
Step by Step Direction for Sautéed Vegetables:
-Take butter in a pan and heat it to melt
-Add carom seeds and roast
-Now add potatoes to cook
-Add Salt, Black pepper powder and Worcestershire sauce
-Mix well
-Cover the lid and let it cook until potatoes are well cooked
-Once potatoes are cooked, add carrots, Red & Greed bell pepper
-Mix Well
-Cover the lid and cook for another 5-7 minutes
-Vegetables are ready
Step by Step Direction for Chicken Stake:
-Take Chicken Breast fillet and flatten with wooden hammer
-Keep it aside for later use
-Add Salt, Black Pepper Powder, White Pepper Powder, Paprika Powder and vinegar
-Mix all ingredients well
-Now add chicken breast fillet and mix well
-Poke with help of fork
-Marinate Chicken for at-least 2-3 Hours
-After 3 Hours, brush oil on a preheated grill pan
-Add chicken to fry
-Shallow Fry each side
-Take out the Steak once it is brown and chicken is well cooked
-Garnish with Oregano, and Enjoy Delicious Chicken Steak with White Sauce and Sautéed Vegetable.
