ingredients
2tbs olive oil
1choped onion
3cloves garlic
250 grams spinach
1tps black pepper
1tps paprika powder
1and1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1tps salt
1tps black pepper
1bag grated mozzarella cheese
128 grams of boiled chicken breast
make sure you take out the lasagna after 25 minutes in the oven covered and then put it back in the oven until golden brown
