Chicken Schnitzel, a popular German Original, but popular across various continental cuisines and different countries, from eastern europe to the american continents, as multiple variants. Its an extremely simple and tasty dish to prepare. It’s often served with French fries but I prefer to serve it with fresh salad to cut down on calories. The crunchier exterior derived from bread crumb spice mix renders a crispy and juicy and an overall impressive & delicious taste. Try this recipe and it’s sure to become a mainstay in your kitchen.
Ingredients
500gm boneless chicken
1st coat
3 eggs
2nd coat
2 tbsp all purpose flour
2 tbsp cornflour
3rd coat
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp paprika
Salt to taste
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Fresh green veggies for salad accompaniment
Method
Clean chicken and slice it horizontally into 1 inch thick slice. Mix all purpose flour and corn flour for 1st coat and coat the chicken well. Whisk eggs thoroughly for second coat and dip the chicken into it. Finally for the 3rd coat combine all ingredients for 3rd coat and coat it well. Deep fry until golden brown. Serve hot with green salad. Enjoy the tasty crunch. 😋😋😋
