In this video I will be making chicken roast. This is a traditional Bangladeshi dish and it tastes amazing. Everyone should definitely try to make this recipe because it is very delicious and I’m sure that you guys will like it.

Ingredients:
– Cashews: 1/3 cup
– Almonds: 1/3 cup
– Poppy Seeds: 1 tbsp
– 4 small Chickens
– Salt: 1 tbsp
– 1 tbsp of Paprika OR 1/3 tsp of Orange Food Coloring
– Chili Powder: 1/2 tbsp
– Ginger Paste: 1 tsp
– Ghee (Clarified Butter): 5 tbsp
– Some Whole Spices (Bay leaves, Star Anise, Cardamon, Cinnamon Sticks, Cloves)
– One medium onion (sliced)
– Salt: 2 tsp
– Onion Paste: 2 cups
– Ginger Paste: 2 tsp
– Garlic Paste: 1 tsp
– Yogurt: 1 cup
– Coriander Powder: 1 tsp
– Cumin Powder: 1 tsp
– Nutmeg: 1 tsp
– Mace Powder: 1/2 tsp
– Green Chilies: As preferred
– Powdered Milk: 1 cup (mixed with 1 cup of water)
– Water: 5 cups

উপাদান:
– কাজু: ১/৩ কাপ
– কাঠ বাদাম: ১/৩ কাপ
– পোস্ত দানা: ১ টেবিল চামচ
– 4 ছোট মুরগি
– লবণ: ১ টেবিল চামচ
– মরিচ গুঁড়া: ২ টেবিল চামচ অথবা ১/৩ চা চামচ অরেঞ্জ ফুড কালারিং
– আদা বাটা: ১ চা চামচ
– ঘি: ৫ টেবিল চামচ
– কিছু গরম মশলা
– একটি মাঝারি পেঁয়াজ (টুকরা করা)
– লবণ: ২ চা চামচ
– পেঁয়াজ বাটা: ২ কাপ
– আদা বাটা: ২ চা চামচ
– রসুন বাটা: ১ চা চামচ
– দই: ১ কাপ
– ধনে গুঁড়া: ১ চা চামচ
– জিরা গুঁড়া: ১ চা চামচ
– নাটমেগ: ১ চা চামচ
– গদি গুঁড়া: ১/২ চা চামচ
– সবুজ মরিচ: পছন্দ অনুযায়ী
– গুঁড়া দুধ: ১ কাপ (১ কাপ পানি দিয়ে মিশ্রিত)
– পানি: ৫ কাপ
