Ingredients for Chicken Lollipop
– Chicken Winglets (Cut the meat from bone and push down to create a lollipop shape)
Marinade:
– Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
– Chilli sauce – tsp
– garlic powder 1 tsp
– smoked paprika tsp
– Curry 1 tsp
– Salt- 1/2 tsp ,
– arrow powder or corn starch or tapioca 1 tsp
– 1 small egg
Preparation:
– Clean the chicken winglets , and shape them into lollipops.
– Marinate the lollipops with Mix well and set aside for 30 mins.
just before frying add 4-5 tbs corn flour or any other
– Heat oil in a pan or skillet for deep frying the lollipops.
– Drop the battered lollipops one by one in hot oil, do not crowd the oil. Do not move for 2 mins and then keep stirring to give a uniform golden brown colour. Keep frying for another 4-5 mins till the chicken is cooked and fried golden.
– Remove onto a strainer, this is the best way to strain excess oil and keep crunch.
