Ingredients for tangy spice
Cumin zeera 1 tsp
corriander seeds( sabut dhaniya) 1 tsp
Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
chaat masala 1/2 tsp
Method
1) dry roast cumin corriander chilli flakes on low flame for 2 min.
2) now crushed for 2 min and add chaat masala and mix well.
3) set aside for later use.
Ingredients:
Chicken 1 kg
Yogurt 1 cup
oil 1/2 cup
onion sliced 2 medium
tomatoes grinded 3 to 4 medium
chillies chopped 2 to 3
ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
paprika 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder 1 tsp
cumin zeera 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
balck pepper 1 tsp
turmeric 1 tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
cream (optional) 2tbsp
whole green sweet chillies 3 to 4
ginger and corriander for garnishing
Method:
1) Add oil in wok now add ginger garlic saute until light golden.
2) add Cumin chicken and cook until turn in white colour.
3) now add chopped chillies and onions and cook for 3 to 4 min.
4) Add turmeric and salt give it good mix.
5) Cover it and cook for 10 min on medium flame.
6) add paprika powder and red chilli and give a good mix.
7) add grinded tomatoes mix it and cook for 5 min with cover.
8) Take 1 tsp of tangy spice and blackpepper, mix in yogurt and whisk well.
9) add this spice yogurt in wok and cook on high flame until water dries up and oil separate.
10) add cream and mix well, garnish with ginger and corriander.
Serve ith mint raita and enjoy.
